Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing Promotes Heston to Compliance & Data Analyst

Susan Heston

Susan Heston has been promoted to Compliance & Data Analyst at
Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH).

Ms. Heston has been with Ohio Capital Corporation for four years and previously served as Compliance Coordinator before her promotion. As the Compliance & Data Analyst, she will be responsible for operating expense analysis, assisting with special projects and investor requests.

Ms. Heston will continue to act as liaison between consultants and partners for compliance matters and monitor lease-up progress and credit delivery. She is also responsible for monitoring the insurance for over 400 projects.

Before joining OCCH, Ms Heston served as the Contract Administrator for MAHMA (Midwest Affordable Housing Management Association.) She is a Housing Credit Certified Professional through the National Association of Home Builders and a Specialist in Housing Credit Management through the National Affordable Housing Management Association.

Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing Promotes Kindron to Senior Asset Manager

Tom Kindron

Tom Kindron has been promoted to Senior Asset Manager at Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH).

Mr. Kindron has been with Ohio Capital Corporation for four years and served as an Asset Manager. In his new position, he will be responsible for reviewing project budgets, monitoring financial performance, performing physical property inspections, and reviewing compliance documentation. In addition, he will work to stabilize high-risk and troubled properties to ensure that the properties are performing to meet the investors’ expectations.

Previous to joining Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing, Mr. Kindron served as a Controller with the Hamilton Parker Company and as Director of Financial Services at Roundy’s Inc. He holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Franklin University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Mr. Kindron is a Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM) through the National Affordable Housing Management Association and a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) through the National Association of Home Builders.

Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing Promotes Mullaney to Vice President, Finance

Jennifer Mullaney

Jennifer Mullaney has been promoted to Vice President, Finance at
Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH).

Ms. Mullaney has been with Ohio Capital Corporation for four years
and served as a Senior Accountant. In her new position, she will be responsible for the accounting functions of the Ohio Capital Finance Corporation, the Loan Fund, and the new Preservation Loan Fund, as well as Single Investor Fund Accounting. She will assist with Year 15 Analysis and assist in Fund Management. Ms. Mullaney’s audit background continues to benefit OCCH as she prepares quarterly financial reports for the each of the Funds' investors and reviews audits and tax returns for entities contained in each Fund.

Previous to joining Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing, Ms. Mullaney was the Chief Financial Officer at Community Properties of Ohio Management Services (CPO), a wholly owned subsidiary of Ohio Capital Corporation. Prior to CPO, she worked for Larry C. Stemen, CPA and Associates as an Audit Manager. Ms. Mullaney has a Bachelors Degree from Wittenberg University.

Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing Promotes Rausch to Asset Manager

Janice Rausch

Janice Rausch has been promoted to Asset Manager at Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH).

Ms. Rausch has been with Ohio Capital Corporation for three years and served as an Assistant Asset Manager and Junior Asset Manager. In her new position, she will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of OCCH housing projects, reviewing project budgets, monitoring financial performance, performing physical property inspections, and reviewing compliance documentation. Ms. Rausch will also assist with new project orientations and managing due diligence visits.

Previous to joining Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing, Ms. Rausch managed human resource functions at both Ohio State University and the University of MN. She holds a degree in Business Management.

Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing Promotes Ziegler to Chief Operating Officer

Sue Ziegler

Sue Ziegler has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer at Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH).

Ms. Ziegler has been with Ohio Capital Corporation for eleven years and served as the Controller and most recently Chief Financial Officer. As the Chief Operating Officer, she will be responsible for assisting with corporate oversight and the coordination of departmental functions. She will continue her role in supervising the Finance department which is responsible for the accounting of the Ohio Equity Funds, The Ohio Affordable Housing Loan Fund, and Ohio Capital Corporation and its subsidiaries.

“Sue has been a vital part of our success for many years at OCCH and we are fortunate to have her expertise and leadership,” said Hal Keller, President of Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing. “Sue has the financial background and experience that will provide vision and guidance for the company and we are thrilled to promote her to this important position.”

Previous to joining Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing, Ms. Ziegler was with Columbus Housing Partnership (CHP) in Columbus, Ohio. Prior to CHP, she worked for a Colorado based investor/management company with properties in Columbus, Ohio.
