Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing Hires Carman as Development Analyst

Brad Carman has joined Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) as a Development Analyst in the Acquisition’s Department. Mr. Carman will be responsible for assisting the Development Officers with the technical processing required for affordable housing development projects to proceed through the OCCH investment process. This includes assisting with the preparation of affordable housing program applications, providing due diligence, and assisting with the deal approval and closing processes.

Before joining OCCH, Mr. Carman served as a Senior Financial Analyst for the Office of the Treasurer, State of Ohio. He holds a BSBA with a specialization in Finance from The Ohio State University.

“Brad’s financial experience will greatly enhance the team of Development Analysts at OCCH and will prove valuable in his new position,” said Joe Pimmel, Vice President, Organizational Development. “We are excited to welcome Brad to OCCH and look forward to his valuable contributions.”
