OCCH Welcomes New Addition!

OCCH is proud to announce its newest addition to the OCCH family. Sarah Malone, Vice President, Fund Management, and her husband Andrew welcomed their first child, Riley Eleanor on May 3, 2009.

Staff Adition

Sarah joined OCCH in January 2008. She is responsible for the underwriting, analysis and management of existing equity funds. She also provides underwriting analysis, development assistance and financial structuring for tax credit projects for profit and not for profit developers. Before joining OCCH, Ms. Malone worked as a commercial lender for National City Bank. She holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Ashland University and a Masters of Business Administration from Capital University.
