OCCH is pleased to recognize Robert (Bob) Hellmuth, 2009 Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) of the Year. The award, given annually by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), recognizes an individual who has excelled in the management of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit properties.

Mr. Hellmuth is President of Sawmill Road Management Company, LLC (formerly a Division of Link-Hellmuth, Inc.) in Springfield. Presently, the company manages over 400 LIHTC apartments in complexes across western Ohio. Bob is also President of RLH Partners, Inc., a developer of affordable apartment complexes and Wrenwood Development Corporation, a builder/developer of luxury condominium communities. Bob received an MBA in Finance & Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1979 and has worked in various aspects of the real estate industry for over 25 years. In 1999, he was awarded the James R.
